  • Electrical & Control Engineer
    As an Electrical & Control Engineer in our organization, you will play a key role in the design, development, and testing of industrial robotic equipment and machines. You will be responsible for creating electrical control systems, producing schematic drawings, sourcing control components, and ensuring the proper setup and tuning of control systems. Additionally, you will provide technical support on-site and maintain detailed documentation, with a focus on Technical Construction Files (TCF).
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Project Analysis and Design:
    • Analyze project requirements for industrial robotic equipment/machines.
    • Design, develop, and test electrical control systems for industrial automation.
    2. Electrical Schematic Drawings:
    • Create detailed electrical schematic drawings using E3 (or ePLAN as a second option).
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
    3. Component Selection and Procurement:
    • Source and select control components based on project specifications.
    • Place orders for control components and coordinate with suppliers.
    4. Control System Setup:
    • Execute control system setup, including IO system configuration, servo and step drive setup, and axis tuning.
    • Ensure the proper functioning and integration of control components.
    5. Technical Support:
    • Provide on-site technical support during the installation and commissioning of robotic equipment/machines.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues.
    6. Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Emphasize compliance with Technical Construction Files (TCF) standards.

    Job Requirement:
    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in designing and developing electrical control systems for industrial automation.
    • Proficiency in programming PLCs, with preference given to experience with Beckhoff PLCs.
    • Experience in programming motion controllers, robots, and touch panels is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electrical and control engineering roles.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical and control system issues.
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English
