Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all stages of interior design projects, including planning, design, procurement, and execution phases.
• Support the development and tracking of project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Help maintain strong partnerships with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Participate in site visits to oversee project quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Contribute to the management of project documentation and address project challenges as they arise.
• Aid in ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Encourage a team-oriented environment that fosters collaboration and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience preferably in interior design or construction industry in Singapore Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion
• Knowledge of interior design principles, construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is advantageous.
