Interested to work in the Pharmaceuticals & Manufacturing Industries Environment 
Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards, ISO45001, and IATF 16949. 
Stay in the West area and able to work at JOO KOON

• Responsible in handling Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing QA or Customer Qualities Issues related Activities.
• Review Product Specification, Verification, Issued ISO Documents.
• Handled Customer Complaints if there's a need to issue "CAR" form.
• Generate 8 D Reports, follow up closely, and keeping track of its progress with Manufacturing Site if the issue is from Manufacturing Site.
• Supporting for Manual Editing of eCOA or COA upload & ensure the info in eCOA submitted aligned with Manufacturing Site issue’s COA.
• Manage and Update Technical Documents such as SDS , GHS label, including SPC data, KPI or monthly Scorecard, need to do for Customers.
