Job Responsibilities

• Handle order processing and monitoring of sales orders to conclusion of orders and feedback from Japanese clients
• Liaise with client and suppliers on sales orders delivery.
• Responsible for price comparisons and updating of costs prices and providing of information related to price study
• Participate in meetings with Customers and suppliers.
• Liaise with the Logistics department on sales logistics.
• Liaise with the Technical Support department on supply issue.

Job Requirements

• Possess Nitec or Diploma or Degree
• Preferably with 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good command of Japanese, both speaking and writing, as you will be required to liaise with clients in Japan
• Preferably familiar with SAP software
