    Singaporean/ DIPLOMA with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    Computer literate and preferably 1 -2 years in Customer Service.


    DUTIES TO HANDLE,


    Liaise with Japan for all Purchase Order related matter to factories includes inbound related matters.
    Liaise with customer(s) for Sales order, Scheduling & Outbound related matters to ensure on time delivery and achieve customer satisfaction.
    Backup as a Sales Administrator for ad-hoc support, if any.
    Process PO after receipt of SO and Reschedule Request to Factories, and schedule received from factories into BANN SYSTEM.
    Maintain the Inventory Transfer Transaction (i.e. change of warehouse code)  in the Baan Systems before CS can arrange shipment to customer(s).
    Attend weekly customer’s Conference call.
    Prepare Bi-weekly and monthly forecast.
    Prepare monthly PO & SO reconciliation Report for the assigned customer account.
    Any other duties assigned by management from time to time as deemed appropriate.

    Report to Sales & Marketing Manager

    9-6 pm, 5 days.
