    Full-time/Permanent/5 days/9 to 6 pm.


    DIPLOMA with good interpersonal, analytical skill and negotiation skill.
    SINGAPOREAN/FRESH GRADUATE job applicant with 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Service are most welcomed to apply.


    Liaise with Japan for all Purchase Order related matter to factories includes inbound related matters.
    Liaise with customer(s) for Sales order, Scheduling & Outbound related matters to ensure on time delivery and achieve customer satisfaction.
    Follow up the G-Hub on the receiving schedule to ensure stock is received for the consignment program orders.
    Send/ Email Drop Ship Form to Factories after checked & approval
    Maintain the Drop shipment Report once shipment is shipped out from factory
    Maintain the Inventory Transfer Transaction (i.e. change of warehouse code)  in the Baan Systems before CS can arrange shipment to customer(s)
    Prepare & process PO Adjustment / Cancellation to factories after approval.


    Sales & Marketing Department
    Attend weekly customer’s Conference call.
    Prepare Bi-weekly and monthly forecast.
    Prepare monthly PO & SO reconciliation Report for the assigned customer account.
    Any other duties assigned by management from time to time as deemed appropriate.
