  • Responsibilities

    To plan and implement local in-store activities, as well as in-store sales strategies and initiatives that add value to the organization and support the achievement of business objectives in Singapore and in partnership with key channels partners. Details as follows:-

     

    Floor Sales Management

    • Plan and implement in-store sell-out targets and promoter deployment
    • Timely promoter evaluations accordance to performance & investment
    • Achieve sell-out targets by motivating and mentoring to promoters.
    • Monitoring of outlets sales performances, provide store insights and analysis to achieve sell out target, increase brand share and resolve operation issues
    • Ensure sales force adhere and comply to company policies and procedures

     

    Internal / External Communications

    • Preparation of internal & external sell out review
    • Monitoring of store run rate by business units / categories / models to ensure ROI is achieved at each outlet
    • To communicate and work with cross-functional divisions by providing useful insights for decision making at store level
    • Ensure high level of security, accuracy and efficiency in report preparation and analysis

     

    Team Manager

    • Guide and provide guidance to promoter leaders and team members
    • Evaluate and provide career opportunities

     

    Requirements

    • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
    • Min 5 years of experience in Retail Marketing Management /Retail Operations or related experience with strategic, planning and analysis skills
    • With good knowledge of Home Entertainment and IT products an added advantage
    • Leadership Skills with eyes on details
    • Previous experience in managing up to 100 promoters an advantage
    • Pre-requisite experience with merchandising and store renovations
    • Ability to work independently and effectively
    • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in verbal and written English communication
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
