  • Job Duties,

    Handling day to day enquiries, feedbacks, quotation, coordinate and follow up with customers.
    Arrange and manage maintenance scheduled
    Provide and Manage administrative support to control centre operations.
    Generating and maintaining of documents and data in the CRM system.
    Maintain proper filing and documentation
    Updating and generating timely reports
    To process daily customers’ request & enquiries pertaining to card programming and logger transactions.
    To assists Project Engineer in testing & commissioning of card access programming.
    Be responsible in processing report according to customers’ request or schedule.
    To perform downloading of data from site’s card access panel to Control Center.
    Conduct periodic backup & archive customers’ history transactions and database.


    1) Min. GCE O Level with admin work experience.

    2) Able to work independently with minimum supervision

    3) Effectively bilingual, Team player, Responsible, mature and well-groomed.

    4) PC knowledge in MS Office.

    5) Bilingual in English & Mandarin speaking.

    6) Female working environment.

    The candidate should be diligent, attentive to details and with good communication skills.

    Nationality: Singaporean

    5 days weekly, 8.30 to 6 pm, Based in Jurong East.
