  • REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum GCE 'O' levels.
    • Hands on administrative support experience will be advantageous.
    • Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
    • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
    • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
    • Service oriented and ability to prioritize work accordingly.
    • Attention to details.

    DUTIES:

    1. Provide assistance for order acknowledgement for customer's orders.
    2. Provide assistance to the Procurement Team for any administrative duties related to procurement matters.
    3. Provide general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
    4. Assist in the maintenance of electronic and hardcopy filing system.
    5. Perform data entry.
    6. Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
    7. Answer calls from reception desk and forwarding it to the respective department.
    8. Greeting of visitors at the reception.
