  • Requirements:-

     

    • AV 2-3 years’ experience supervising or leading AV operations in a global enterprise environment

    • 2-3 years’ experience supporting enterprise level events

    • Ability to travel

    • Intermediate webcasting/webinar broadcast experience.

    • Incident management, ticket management systems (ex.Remedy, Service Now, etc)

    • Excellent communications skills, proactive, team player and process & procedure oriented with outstanding customer service skills

    • Experience working in an Executive environment

    • Demonstrate problem solving skills

    • Experience within a customer-facing role

    • Understanding of basic network and voice

    • Extensive experience with modern day collaboration technologies and corporate AV essentials – projection, audio conferencing, video conferencing, web conferencing, streaming, and general desktop support

    • Experience with major AV manufacturers (Crestron, Polycom, Barco, Extron etc)

    • Experience with integrated audio systems

    • Extensive experience with comprehensive AV deployments, and support management

    • Extensive experience with Polycom infrastructure and endpoints (ex. Group Series)

    • Project management experience

    • Extensive bridge operator experience

    • Working experience within corporate environment

    • Knowledge management and documentation experience

    Scope of work:-

     

    • Complete ownership of AV experience and support within the region

    • Daily room health check

    • Meeting room support

    • Executive event and Town Hall support

    • Respond to AV calls

    • Reviewing automatically generated tickets within Room view

    • Coordinate across different IT functions to ensure quick resolution (Network, Voice, REW)

    • VIP conference support

    • Visual check that floor based and digital signage TV’s are functioning correctly

    • End user engagement and training support

    • Develop partnerships with key business stakeholders

    • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide afterhours emergency support

    • Lead and direct AV support staff within the region

    • Serve as local AV Operations escalation point for contact

    • Assist with advanced troubleshooting AV/Video Infrastructure

    • Assist with configuring, troubleshooting and deploying AV/VC Infrastructure
