  • Responsibilities

    To handle all technical aspects of the sales process and provide technical support & guidance to Sales team, Channel partners & Customers. Details as follows:-

     

    Product Knowledge Expertise & Hands-on Skill to demonstrate

    • Plan & evaluate new product & product proof of concepts and feedback to Sales/PM before launch
    • Conduct scheduled hands-on training to internal sales & channel partners, distributors & end clients when necessary.
    • Assist Sales Account Manager to provide technical support & product credibility with existing and new Customers.
    • Assist Sales Team in pre-sales technical support activities, spec-In initiatives & tender interview.
    • Escalate and report technical issues faced in the pre-sales & commissioning stage that may be due to compatibility or firmware issues

     

    Technology Alliance Ecosystem

    • Keep abreast with latest technology trends in each Vertical market
    • Proactively engage and identify Technology Alliance partners for collaboration & co-host POC demonstration to Clients & Partners

     

    B2B Showroom Management

    • Keep B2B showroom clean & neat & readiness to host clients
    • Work with Sales Account manager to understand clients’ needs & prepare demonstration to give address clients’ pain-point & excellent customers’ experience @ B2B Showroom
    • Collaborate with HQ, RHQ and other subsidiaries for pre-sales technical initiatives, tradeshow and technical seminar.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in IT/AV/LED industry
    • Technical skills in AV /IT/LED or control solutions
    • Technical consulting and presentation skills
    • A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work independently and work under pressure
    • Positive, strong will with hunter mindset
    • Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
