  • Responsibilities

    • Manage all action plans for assigned products, which include Commercial Display, Desktop Monitor, Optical Disk Drive
    • Present the action plans to local sales team; train, motivate and motivate them to achieve the targeted result; develop their product knowledge
    • Analyze the market data, panel research and sales figures with the HOD
    • Identify local opportunities and recommendations based on analysis of market data and field research
    • Manage the marketing budget
    • Defend the profitability of the category
    • Monitor and coordinate the stocks and availability of priority sku, marketing material and web site update.
    • Establish assortment and product price positioning in line with the company’s marketing policy and according to the local market expectations
    • Prepare new product launches
    • Manage the sales forecasting and SCM system
    • Organize regular customer visits in order to keep close contact with the market and remain aware of market/competitor/customer movements

     

    Requirement

    • Diploma /Bachelor in Business or related field, with Technical background is an added advantage
    • Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant experience in IT/Pro-AV electronics industry in the same position.
    • B2B marketing skill sets
    • Knowledge of Audio/Video, IT, Home Appliances, etc
    • Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all channel partners and end-user
    • Extensive marketing thinking and pro-active / consultative approach
    • Persuasive and professional presenting products / technologies and concepts to customers
    • A team player with good knowledge of markets and customers
    • Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
    • Computer literate with good presentation skills
    • Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication
    • Ability to communicate in Korean in order to liaise with HQ in Korea will be an added advantage
