  • Requirements:

    Diploma/ 'A' levels with at least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service/ Membership services.

    Duties:

    Administer disciplinary cases (DC) and ensure all is processed and closed within the stipulated time line and deal with members' correspondences with regards to the disciplinary cases on a wkly basis.
    Supervise the opn of membership centre and ensure settlement reports submitted are error-free on a daily basis.
    Handle corporate and individual membership enquiries and conduct tours when necessary on daily basis.
    Assist Area Manager on ad-hoc jobs assigned.
    Update members' account services request into the Club Mgmt System to maintain updated membership records on daily basis.
    Cover duties of Customer Service Officers at Membership Centre as and when required.
