  • Responsibilities

    To plan and implement regional learning and development as well as corporate culture strategies and initiatives that add value to the organization and support the achievement of business objectives in South East Asia. Details as follows:-

     

    Marketing & Pipeline Management for Asia B2B

    • Strong marketing skills to leverage B2B business across verticals and across Asia with the many company’s products, solutions and services, include AE, HE & HA
    • Analysis of key trends in markets and countries’ profile to develop effective marketing strategies for B2B business
    • Develop marketing materials and solutions together with team in B2B business as well as for verticals starting with hotels, residential apartments, retail and education
    • Provide leadership to teams in organizing seminars, forums, press releases, media coverage and A&P activities
    • Develop and implement tools in measuring marketing activities effectiveness and standardization across Asia subsidiaries
    • Develop synergistic approach across business units in country
    • Encourage team to develop strategies and sales across business units
    • Provide support for SEA subsidiary’s marketing activities and perform consulting roles to subsidiary marketing teams in B2B activities
    • Drive and implement SEA B2B initiatives that are aligned with global B2B strategies
    • Plan & establish training plans in line with budget and resource requirements and company goals
    • Analyze, plan and manage quality control of all regional B2B learning programs (both internal and external).
    • Work with global B2B teams in GSMO to develop and leverage sharing of marketing ideas and best practice

     

    Internal Communication & Planning

    • Conduct regular meetings, updates and reports to Subsidiary Presidents on B2B activities
    • Manage and monitor B2B pipeline with company business units for key accounts and verticals Develop case studies of successful B2B projects and share across the region
    • Execute global Internal PR programs and activities with guidance from HQ
    • Work in ITHQ to work on B2B partner portal for Asia customers
    • Facilitate communication between HQ & SEA subsidiaries and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of internal communication within SEA

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree & Postgraduate with specialization in sales, marketing & promotion
    • 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, sales and corporate.
    • Working with overseas countries experience will be an added advantage
    • Standup training experience in leadership & soft skills and advanced event and workshop facilitation skills
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams
    • Strong management and planning skills
    • Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication
    • Korean language skills (Optional)
    • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
    • Able to travel overseas up to 20% of time
