  • Requirements:

    1. Able to read basic menu in English
    2. Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
    3. With 2-3 years of working experience as Captain.
    4. With supervisory experience.

    Duties:

    Manage the team of service staff to ensure quality relating to presentation, supervision, and control of food and beverage service so as to maximise customer service
    Maintain cleanliness of the outlet promptly and according to proper sanitation standards
    Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as serviettes and silverware
    Attend to guests’ requests in a prompt and professional manner, serve glasses of plain water in the process
    Advise customers on menu choices and make recommendations
    Take orders from customers for food or beverages
    Serve food and beverages to guests in an un-obstructing and professional manne
    Manage reservations and walk-ins
    Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
    Respond to complaints promptly and take appropriate courses of service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guests
    Collect payments from customers
    Clean tables after customers have finished dining
