  • Responsibilities

    To plan and implement local in-store activities, training as well as in-store sales strategies and initiatives. Details as follows:-

     

    Floor Sales Management

    • Plan and implement in-store sell-through targets and promoter deployment
    • Timely promoter evaluations accordance to performance & investment
    • Plan and implement necessary promoter & FSM training according to requirements
    • Monitoring of outlets sales performances and prepare detail analysis

     

    Merchandising

    • Plan and implement in-store activities accordance to brand guideline
    • Program planning for product placement
    • Expo & In-store roadshows planning
    • Agency management for in-store layout and renovations
    • Creation of in-store merchandising guideline

     

    Internal / External Communications

    • Preparation of internal & external business review
    • Monitoring of inventory control for sales strategy planning

     

    Team Manager

    • Guide and provide guidance to ISM team
    • Evaluate and provide career opportunities

     

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations with strategic, planning and analysis skills
    • Leadership Skills with eyes on details
    • Previous experience in managing of 50 to 100 promoters an advantage
    • Ability to work independently and effectively
    • Strong project management and planning skills
    • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
