  • Responsibilities

     

    Technical consulting

    • Checking ability of the design drawing
    • Heating and Cooling Load calculation of each building type
    • Propose the best HVAC solution for each building type
    • Fully understand the building & energy regulation, energy price policy and HVAC installation cost etc.
    • Analysis Life Cycle Cost for application systems
    • Additional capability of the Analysis Tool using skill (TFM, CFD, Noise etc)

     

    Engineering document

    • Development the standard proposal for application systems of each building type
    • Development the market materials by customer segmentation
    • Make the standard design and installation guide book (Engineering based Product Data Book)

     

    Field management

    • Field Supervision, TAB and Trouble shooting ability
    • Develop the optimal installation parts and tools for product installation

     

    General

    • To work with other business groups for potential synergy, leverage and product sales pull through, eg Commercial Display, TV and other Home Appliances with the B2B customers

     

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder or its equivalent
    • At least 5 years’ experience with a top tier firm and/or technical consulting in a global company
    • Experience in both is a strong plus
    • Knowledge & experience of B2B related industry, especially HVAC.
    • Global experience required
    • Experience and ability to work within Asian context is a plus.
    • Excellent problem solving skills demonstrated with relevant projects in consulting or previous job experience.
    • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse functions, people from different organizations and manage various stakeholders.
