  • Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess Min NiTEC, HiTEC or Diploma holder in any field or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service call center on any major home appliances
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Entry Level candidates can be considered, On Job training will be provided
       

    Duties:

    Reporting to the Service Manager, Provide efficient after-sales customer service on company's range of products on call receive and on phone support to increase productivities

    1. To represent the company.
    2. To prepare daily and monthly report on after-sales-services
    3. To recommend customer on product contract or other offer that assign
    4. To perform other duties that management may assign as deemed necessary
    5. To maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the SHOWROOM


    Job Responsibilities:

    Provides professional customer support to call in enquiries, complaints or appointment settings and walk in-customers and promote our product
    Schedules daily services/repairs and assign the technician for the job
    Update records of services rendered to customer thru the use customer service system
    Prepares Quality Claims Report for products and parts that functioned below the standard and specification and submit the QCR to Service Manager
    Call or recommend customer on our product contract or other offer that assign by Service Manager
