  • Responsibilities

    Specialized in HVAC for Residential & Commercial Industrial, Contract and design for air-conditioning system. Details as follows:-

     

    Project Management

    • To identify opportunities in HVAC/Air-con project sales, both residential and commercial
    • To establish rapport and maintain with potential and existing customers, architects, consultants and other government bodies.
    • To close new projects and execute the orders with the help of the project team as per project schedules
    • To manage day-to-day operational aspects of a B2B business
    • Attend site meetings, customer complaints and follow-up with internal departments

     

     

    External Communication

    • To provide Spec-In design and technical assistance to Developers / Consultants for Tender
    • To create brand/ product awareness for Installer / Consultant / developer through Presentations
    • To execute direct tenders to Developers
    • To build rapport and maintain good relationship with direct and indirect customers

     

    Internal Communication

    • Project forecast of stock availability and weekly/monthly forecast
    • S&OP preparation (weekly)
    • Stock management / indent / PSI preparation (weekly)
    • Project Sales forecast weekly/monthly basis
    • Project Pipeline management (weekly/monthly) basis
    • Customer Accounting management (monthly)

     

    Requirement

    • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
    • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in project sales of building supplies
    • Excellent technical background with an aptitude towards project sales and business development.
    • Good knowledge of HVAC, Air-conditioning & equipment
    • A proven track record of successful project sales business
    • Well versed with the requirement & regulations for new projects an added advantageous
    • A team player with strong leadership skills and able to lead a project team
    • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
