  • Sales Coordinator cum Customer Service @ Tuas (Transport provided)

  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls to respective departments. Take and relay messages.
    • Manage receiption of visitors in a professional and polite manner.
    • Ensuring common areas in the office are equipped with required supplies as appropriate.
    • Assist sales department in the selection of products and prepare quotations.
    • Process & coordinate sales orders, make requisitions and monitor delivery schedules, which include documentation preparations.
    • Liaise with and update clients on delivery schedules in a promptly manner.
    • Assist in the administration of sales & marketing support, such as printing marketing materials, such as printing marketing materials, assist in exhibitions / seminars, maintain corporate website and market research.
    • Minutes taking during sales & marketing related meetings.
    • Perform duties such as filings, photocopying, digitalizing and also updating company directories.
    • All administrative support and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Admin & HR Manager.
    Job Requirements:
    • GCE "N" Level / Diploma in any field.
    • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
    • Meticulous and systematic, with an eye for details.
    • A multi-tasker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
