  • Restaurant Operation Executive @ Town (4 Stars Hotel)

  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Support & ovesee restaurant operation, conduct inspection and monitor improvement works to maximise excellent guest service.
    • Perform work and site duties in accordance with departmental procedures.
    • Handle table reservations.
    • Control of the flow of guests and supervise the assigned station / section.
    • Serve food & beverage to guests in a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible manner consistent with established performance and productivity standards in any of the food & beverage outlets to maximise guest satisfaction.
    • Ensure that cleanliness, food quality, dining equipments are in complete readiness for service in accordance to business needs.
    • To develop, innovate and deliver a product mix which is quality driven while maintaining aggressive financial returns.
    Job Requirements:
    • Possess at least Diploma in Hospitality Management / F&B Services Management / Customer Service or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of related working experience.
    • Relevant experience in Chinese Cuisine Restaurant is an advantage.
    • To be flexible and able to go beyond the line of duty in order to maximise guests' satisfaction and meet guests' needs.
    • Able to work weekends and public holidays.
    • Able to analyze & improve restaurant process & procedures.
    • Prioritize and organize, able to work with minimal supervision.



    • Split shift working hour
    • 5.5 days (one week 5 days / one week 6 days)
    • Split allowance $8 per day
    • Working meal provided
