  • Product Line-Up & Development

    • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
    • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
    • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
    • Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
    Marketing & Budget Management
    • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
    • Manage marketing budget accordingly to guidelines
    • Support all marketing materials and events
    • Vendor management
    Internal Communication
    • Able to effectively communicate with all functions of the company
    • Execute product sales & marketing activities with guidance from HQ
    • Facilitate communication between HQ & Singapore subsidiaries

    Job Requirement

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
    • 1 year of experience in Product Management or related experience preferably with knowledge in air conditioners
    • B2C and B2B marketing skill sets with strong product management and planning skills
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in teams
    • Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
