  • Corporate Website Management

    • Develop consistent look and feel for site
    • Ensure timely update of the product information and promotion activities in alignment to product launch, events etc
    • Analyze web trends, identify draws to the website and how to retain visitors on time spend on site and acquire quality sign up
    • Create copy text to enhance SEO and define keywords and Increase brand & product presence & visibility & excellent ranking on search engines
    • Handle reporting of web analytics to HQ
    Online Campaign
    • Manage development of creative copy, interactive & rich banners so as to capture user attention (brand awareness)
    • Landing page – re-adaptation / localize content from HQ
    • Develop and implement online campaigns across company digital platforms including website, SNS, and viral, and collaboration with retailers for seamless online and offline integration

    SEO & SEM

    • Web search optimization - to appear as the top few searched results and increase product and brand visibility on search engines.
    • Ensure that there is brand presence in the cyber space and excellent ranking in returned search result
    • Explore mediums to improve rankings Google SEM campaign - to change the keywords and ad text accordingly to product campaign and ramp up on SEM before SEO takes into effect
    • Continuous effect to refine the keyword list, update CMS and optimize the performance & improve positioning
    • Management of SEM content creation and oversee the key metrics including CTR, CPC, Page views, Impressions
    • To upkeep corporate and brand identity and create positive buzz and influence preference, utilize facebook as a touch point for new products introduction, enquiry, servicing, store locators, engage and interact with fans with aim to brand convert and influence purchase preference
    • Enhance communication for tighter integration with ATL, PR and in-store with at least a daily post,-quick service response within 1 day
    • Manage the efficacy of process involving the internal stakeholders and digital agency for Facebook response management
    • To foster better engagement with the customers through a long term CRM program, send out monthly mailer (new products launch information) to ALL the valued customers
    • Send out dedicated EDM and help each BU roll out customer engagement programs
    • Effort to retain customers and engage them through the product life cycle
    • Optimize results with targeted segments, having higher EDM open rate and CTR for better call to action
    Retailer's website
    • SOV of products placement on category place-integrated communication effort with retailer to beef up all touch points for improved sales opportunity
    • Propose differentiated online activities according to retailer's marketing calendar
    • Building relationship with retailers to secure and maintain prominent banner space and high SOV on their product catalog page.
    • Support any corporate activities or events to ensure that it runs and operate smoothly

    Job Requirement

    • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of marketing experience preferably in digital marketing
    • Experience in both ‘Consumer’ and ‘Retail’ marketing is preferred, ideally specific to the White Goods or Consumer Electronics Sector
    • Pro-active and able to work within tight deadline in a fast pace environment
    • A team player with positive working attitude, and demonstrates keen learning
    • Hands-on skills in Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator would be an added advantage
    • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
