    • Reporting to Head of GTM (Go To Market)
    • Manage the Corporate Marketing team to plan and implement the Marketing Activities including Media Planning, Digital, PR, Sponsorship, Partner Marketing and Branding Compliance across all Business Units (Consumer Electronics, Air Con and Mobile Communications) – in a timely, cost efficient and impactful manner.
    • Work closely with Channel Marketing and Sales for integrated campaigns and seamless execution.
    • Manage and mentor the marketing colleagues to deliver effective results.
    Details as follows:-
    • Support business units with the development and implementation of digital and PR strategies as part of holistic marketing plan to achieve the overall business objective. Manage corporate marketing budget and handle regular reporting to local subsidiary’s management and HQ.
    • Lead the digital marketing strategy encompassing company and retailers’ websites, CRM, SNS, SEM and SEO; Spearhead digital campaigns to drive traffic, grow database, optimize conversion and improve online customer engagement.
    • Develop strategic communication programs, manage and grow relationships with media and bloggers, handle press releases, and execute press interviews and events to garner positive earned coverage. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business units and PR agency in handling media enquiries.
    • Oversee the media planning for new product launches and sustenance programs to ensure efficacy of media spend and advertising impact.
    • Establish new collaboration with strategic partners to increase company brand equity, awareness and preference; expand customer reach to promote company products and boost customer acquisition.
    • In charge of corporate sponsorship and the effective utilization of entitlements such as content management of corporate activities and event space. Identify and assess suitable sponsorship opportunities that are aligned with marketing objectives.
    • Work with channel and product marketing, and retailers to ensure brand identity compliance in 360o marketing communications including but not limited to ATL, BTL, digital, events, in-store POS.
    • Ensure best value from all Marketing vendors and agencies and ensure that all agency partners are working to the objectives, brief and guidelines set according to company Brand Identity.
    • Mentor, coach and develop the Corporate Marketing Team comprising of PR and Digital team members.

    Job Requirement

    • Degree holder with at least 2 years of Marketing Communications experience within large global blue chip organization(s).
    • Experience in both ‘Consumer’ and ‘Retail’ marketing is preferred, ideally in the White Goods or Consumer Electronics Sector.
    • Team management and PR experience is considered crucial for the role.
    • Significant experience of working within a matrix operation involving centralized and de-centralized decision making and guidelines is considered a great asset to the role.
    • A clear track record of delivering effective Marketing Communication Program as well as strong ability to influence people at all levels both internally and externally.
    • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
