  • Responsibilities

    • Attend to customers’ enquires & feedback
    • Ensure that customers’ feedback are followed up promptly and professionally
    • Process transaction inputs and payment handling
    • Resolve problems arising from customers’ complaints
    • Responsible for providing quality service for total customer satisfaction
    • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
    • Other administrative duties when required
    • Working hour is from 11am to 9pm,dinner allowance provided


    • Minimum GCE 'O' level with 1 years of related working experience
    • Front office experience in customer service is an advantage
    • Cheerful & pleasant with positive work attitude
    • Passionate in providing excellent customer service
    • Excellent in Customer Service & Interpersonal skills
    • Able to take pressure and challenge
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liase with China client
